Terms of Service – No Returns or Final Sale for Pokémon TCG Physical Products

By purchasing any physical Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Final Sale — All sales of physical Pokémon TCG products are final. Once a transaction is completed, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Tangible Nature of Products — The products offered for sale are physical items, including but not limited to booster packs, sealed boxes, pre-constructed decks, and individual cards. Once these products are sold and delivered, they are considered final sale.
3. Condition of Products — All products are shipped in the condition described at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If you receive a product that is not as described (e.g., incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

4. No Refunds — Refunds will not be provided for any purchased physical Pokémon TCG products, even if the packaging is unopened. This policy applies to all transactions, including those made in error or due to buyer’s remorse.

5. Shipping and Delivery — Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the product has been dispatched. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We will not be responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Product Authenticity — We guarantee that all Pokémon TCG products sold are authentic and genuine. However, once the product is in your possession, we will not accept returns due to concerns regarding authenticity unless proof of tampering or other issues is provided within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Fraud and Misuse — Any attempts to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a payment after receiving the product will be considered fraud, and appropriate action will be taken, including legal action and the restriction of future purchases.

8. Collector and Resale Purchases — For collectors and resellers, it is understood that all products are sold as-is, and we are not responsible for any change in market value or condition due to shipping, handling, or storage once the item is in your possession.

9. Limitation of Liability — We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use, storage, or display of Pokémon TCG products once they have been delivered. Any concerns regarding product use should be addressed with the manufacturer.

10. Agreement to Terms — By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

11. Modifications — We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the terms before making a purchase.
